Deposit authorization and pickup terms

By submitting this firm offer, I authorize Transam Carriers Inc. to place a temporary $1,000.00 CAD hold on my card and collect that exact deposit only if it accepts my exact offered price and conditions within 24 hours of card authorization. The hold is not a payment or truck reservation. Any counteroffer requires my fresh approval and authorization. If declined, withdrawn before acceptance, expired or unavailable, the authorization is cancelled; my bank controls release timing. Only one buyer can reserve the truck. Once collected, the deposit is credited to the purchase price. Full cleared balance payment and pickup are due 5 business days after deposit collection. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Ontario public holidays and observed weekday closures. The payment date is not counted. Deadlines use Toronto time. The deposit is applied toward the truck purchase price and is non-refundable if the buyer cancels or fails to pay the balance and collect the truck by the agreed deadline. Full cleared payment and pickup are required by the payment and pickup deadline shown on this deposit request, unless a different deadline is agreed in writing. Extensions require written approval from Transam Carriers Inc. Financing delays do not extend the deadline unless agreed in writing. If Transam cannot complete the sale on the agreed terms, the deposit will be refunded. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded by law. Inspection and pickup are by appointment at our yard; trucks are not released for off-site inspection.
