Meet the minimum and authorize the card hold shown on the listing. A required hold must be authorized for the offer to qualify.
The seller compares qualifying offers after the deadline. Offers stay private; the highest offer is not automatically accepted.
Only the selected buyer’s hold is collected on the accepted terms. Other holds are cancelled; the bank controls release timing.
Card holds are temporary authorizations. Acceptance must be after closing and within the bank’s authorization window; an expired hold needs fresh authorization. A collected deposit counts toward the purchase price. Payment, pickup and cancellation terms are shown before you authorize.
